1. Dr. Francisco P. de la Pena, Jr. , President of Panabo City Chamber of Commerce and Industry presided the meeting. Two items were approved to be included in the agenda.
a. Participation to the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry National Convention which shall be held on November 2011 in Manila
b. Election of officers
i. Agreements:
1. An election committee composed of three members shall be selected as per Chamber by-laws
2. Election procedures shall be promulgated by the Election Committee
